Higher Education, Programs

Design programs are popular with a lot of undergrad students. High school students frequently talk of getting a degree in graphic design in particular. This is a great option for students who love computer art and design. Some find their love through playing video games, in art classes while still enrolled in high school or middle school, or even from movies or televisions shows they watch. No matter what muse brings them to decide on one of the jobs in the field of design, they are guaranteed an outlet for the creative interests.

There are currently a number of jobs in design other than just graphic design, however. These include clothing designers, interior designers, and jewelry designers. However, it is often the graphic designers and clothing designers that garner much of the attention. Specifically, Hollywood loves these two fields of design the most enthusiastically. What would the red carpet experience be without the glamorous dresses and what would movies and video special effects be without a fantastic graphic design team? Granted, not all careers in these fields are as high profile, but they are certainly filled with high energy and creative people. Does that sound like a field you want to know more about?
